1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Cossette Beauty Boutique. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments and Reservations
• Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or directly at the Spa.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25 dollars is required to confirm the reservation.
• Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellations and Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside this time frame will result in the loss of the deposit.
• If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full amount of the reserved service will be charged.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
4. Delays
• If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide the full service; however, if that is not possible, the treatment will be shortened to respect the following appointments. The full service charge will apply.
5. Health and Medical Conditions
• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical condition, allergies, or treatments that may affect the use of our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there could be a health risk to the client.
6. Minor Policy
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to receive treatments, except in cases where services have been previously agreed upon with parental consent.
7. Confidentiality
• All personal information provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
• Cossette Beauty Boutique is not responsible for any adverse reactions that may result from treatments if the client has not provided adequate information about their health or medical history.
9. Right to Modify
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on our website.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws in Katy Texas, United States.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy for Treatments
• No Refunds for Completed Treatments: Once a treatment has been fully provided, no refunds will be issued due to the nature of our services.
2. Prepaid Services
• Refunds on Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid treatments (such as packages or memberships) are only available if the service has not yet been provided. A cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• Rescheduling Policy: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be forfeited, and you can reschedule your appointment without any additional charge.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel a prepaid service with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit or prepaid amount may be forfeited.
3. Treatment Packages
• Non-Refundable Packages: Packages purchased for multiple treatments are non-refundable once the first treatment has been provided.
4. How to Request a Refund or Adjustment
• To request a refund or report dissatisfaction with a service, please contact directly with the owner. (281-512-7772).
5. Right to Refuse Refunds
• Cossette Beauty Boutique reserves the right to refuse refunds if the conditions listed in this policy are not met.
